Required:

• 5+ years of experience related to building facilities, related engineering design or inspection.
• Prior experience in construction and/or third party inspection activities.
• Certification as a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) is required.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect desired.
• Knowledge of IBC Building Codes.
• B.S. in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills
